The project concerns the complete redesign and refurbishment of an existing workspace to a new inspiring workplace with optimization of space management with maximum number of workstations using desk-sharing open plan system and focus on comfort conditions especially acoustics and lighting The concept is to create a workplace landscape articulating working places in neighbouroods and providing open views to outside areas and personal lighting. Acoustics were dealt with sound absorbing panels and ceiling. After redesign operational cost was reduced per 30% and space consumption KPI was increased per 40%.
