It is a double storey maisonette on the 4th and 5th floor of an apartment building. The house is designed focused on the special spatial requirements of its proprietor. The concept is based on the element of the stair as a vertical communication facilitator and as an organizational element of the space. The relationship with the external gardens, spaces and views is revealed.
