OTEestate employees’ workplace

It is a complete renovation project in a key building of Hellenic Telecommunications Headquarters for the relocation of OTEestate Company. The project dealt with the optimization of space management to accomodate the maximum possible number of employees. It is a semi-open plan workplace where each employee has his/her own workspace which he /she can arrange in his/her own way. Acoustics and comfort conditions were prioritised achieving maximum natural lighting, thermal comfort, open views to outside gardens. Common spaces are multifunctional with informal meeting spaces, collaboration spaces, relax zones, phone booths in order to facilitate communication and collaboration.
